4. Pickup Service
Free Pickup:

- Same-day pickup within 2-4 hours of booking

Paid Pickup:
- For orders below ₹200: ₹30 pickup charge
- Remote areas: ₹50-₹100 depending on location
5. Delivery Process
Standard Delivery:
- 3 delivery attempts made at the recipient's address
- SMS and email notifications before each attempt
- Delivery confirmation with recipient signature
- Proof of delivery (POD) shared via email
Failed Delivery:
- If recipient unavailable after 3 attempts, parcel returned to sender
- Return shipping charges may apply
- Alternative delivery options: neighbor delivery, pickup from hub
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is calculated based on:
- Weight: Per 500g increments
- Distance: Local, metro, or pan-India
- Dimensions: Volumetric weight for large packages
- Speed: Same-day, express, or standard
💰 Volumetric Weight Formula:
(Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)
Whichever is higher (actual weight or volumetric weight) is charged
7. Packaging Guidelines

- Label clearly with sender and recipient details
- Avoid using old or damaged packaging
- For liquids: Use leak-proof containers and double packaging

8. Prohibited Items
The following items are NOT allowed for shipping:
- Illegal drugs and narcotics
- Weapons, explosives, and ammunition
- Hazardous chemicals and flammable materials
